Evergreen Hospice is a non-profit agency providing supportive care to people of all ages in the Markham and Whitchurch-Stouffville area who are dealing with a life-threatening illness, and bereavement care for family and friends. Most of our families choose to use the grief support
programs that are offered through Evergreen Hospice. However, any of the directors here are morethan able to help or just listen, if a family feels more comfortable.
